Dr. Luke Fowler, DMD

Doctor Surgeon / Dentist

Dr. Fowler is a Southeast Missouri native of Kennett, Missouri. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 2010 with his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a Minor in Military Science. He later completed his Master’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Education.

In 2017, Dr. Fowler graduated from A.T. Still University at the Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health with a Master’s in Public Health Certificate and Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

Before opening Malden Family Dentistry, Dr. Fowler worked for nearly 6 years as an associate dentist in Kennett, Missouri. Dr. Fowler also has an extensive military background where he has served just over 20 years of combined Active service in the Army and Navy. Before tackling dental school, Dr. Fowler was the Commander over the 14 th Combat Support Hospital’s Rear Detachment, following a 2-year position as Company level Executive Officer.

Dr. Fowler is rapidly expanding his knowledge base and experience in all phases of dentistry and has completed many postgraduate dental implant and surgical programs, CE, and coursework. He also attends continuing educational seminars hosted by the national and area dental societies. They bring in some of the greatest minds in dentistry to present concepts and techniques for the present and future. Dr. Fowler strives to stay current with all new technological and procedural advances in the dental field by regularly attending various continuing education courses.

He loves practicing all aspects of dentistry, from restorative procedures and dental surgeries to working with adults and children alike.

Our care coordinator, Jan, has been with our practice since our doors opened in July 2023. Jan is a very hardworking and amazing team player. She is also Dr. Fowler’s mother and a native of Malden.

Our patients enjoy seeing her familiar face when they visit our office. She is focused on greeting patients with the utmost respect and friendliness and enjoys the excitement of helping patients achieve their aesthetic smile goals. Her favorite part of our practice is our great team and genuine care for our patients.

When she isn’t at our office, you can catch Jan reading a good book on her patio swing. She also enjoys traveling, being outdoors, spending time with her children, grandchildren, friends and family.

Our care coordinator, Jenny, joined our practice in April of 2024 with experience in the customer care and marketing industry. Jenny is a 2018 graduate from Arkansas State University.

Jenny enjoys helping people regain their confidence by optimizing their oral health. As a care coordinator, Jenny helps patients achieve their aesthetic smile goals and maximize dental health by scheduling their appointments and treatments in timeframes that simplify their lives.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her tight-knit family, taking trips with her three sisters, and spending time with her friends.

Kelli has been with our practice since we opened our doors, July 2023, and she has over 12 years of experience in the medical and dental field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Surgical Technology.

She has a passion for dentistry and enjoys helping our patients set up a plan of treatment while ensuring insurance is filed correctly.

Kelli also ensures our practice runs smoothly and efficiently by making sure our team has everything needed to perform successful treatments.

Kim is an essential member of Malden Family Dentistry and provides a warm, welcoming service along with 15 years of dental experience. Her passion for preventative dentistry started right after high school graduation. Continuing her education at Missouri Southern State University, Kim earned her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2014. She has also received her Expanded Function for the Dental Auxiliary.

Kim’s top priority is to make sure every patient feels comfortable and for them to leave with a better understanding of how they can achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

“I love getting to know each of my patients and will always put their health and goals first.”

Kim is very family oriented and in her free time, enjoys spending time outdoors with her Husband and three beautiful children in Holcomb, Missouri.

Sharnice is a huge asset to the practice. She appreciates having the opportunity to get to know her patients personally and make a positive impact through her interaction with them. Her goal is to enhance their quality of life through her work and further enhance her skills to offer even more to her patients.

“It’s rewarding to see how happy patients are with the treatment they receive. My goal as a dental assistant is to make my patient’s comfortable. I do my best to assure they have a positive experience and want to come back regularly. I take personal interest in them, so we build trust and establish a relationship. I truly love what I do.”

Sharnice received her Dental Assisting Degree through the Dental Academy in 2018 and her Esthetician License in 2023. She feels her career is rewarding on many levels. She is eager to be a lifelong learner, learning the latest and greatest aspects of dentistry.

During her time off, Sharnice enjoys spending time with her four boys, daughter, family, and friends.

Amber is a vital part of our team, she is very dependable, hardworking, and an amazing team player.

She received her Dental Assisting Degree in 2014, from Arkansas Northeastern College. Amber has been in the dental field for 10 years.

Amber finds that working at Malden Family Dentistry is extremely rewarding. Even more rewarding than the work itself, however, is the opportunity to help people transform their lives. Amber loves to educate patients and being an integral part of the team that helps them get their smile back. If any patient enters our practice with slight anxiety or trepidation about a procedure, Amber’s friendly demeanor and love for dentistry shine through and help make them feel at ease.

Family is extremely important to Amber. When she’s not in the office, Amber is busy spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
